Recovering from an Operation?  As a Chartered Physiotherapist Rachael is able to tailor your training programme to aid recovery from an injury or surgery.  She is also able to offer massage as an adjunct to your training session.
 
Just had a baby?   Rachael has completed a post-graduate course in antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy and exercise, she will help you keep in shape throughout your pregnancy, prepare you for childbirth and help you get back in shape safely and qucikly after your baby is born.
 
Getting Married?   Try Rachael's boot-camp workout.  Be in the shape of your life in time for your wedding.
 
Back Care.  Rachael will carry out a postural and biomechanical assessment of your back and provide you with a tailored exercise programme to ensure your back remains in the best possible shape.
 
Thai Boxing/Boxing Training.  Train with one of the World's best female martial artists.  Hone your skills or simply develop self confidence.
